The R-Urban cooperative land was founded by a number of members of which aaa, La Nef and La Nef Gestion form a part. All members are signatories of the project’s  R-Urban Charter.

This is a tool that tries to answer the need for a collective solution to the problem of financial access to land, as well as to support initiatives that re-invent the collective practices and uses of the city. The project is dedicated to being environmentally responsible as well as socially supportive through its networks and solidarities. As such, the R-Urban land is used and managed by citizens, forming the basis of collective ownership.

The purpose of the land is such that solidarity savings accrued among citizens and private institutions will be used to acquire property in urban and suburban areas, hence ensuring long-term social and environmental management, in line with the R-Urban Charter.
