CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
The CSA just started!
Every thursday (since september 5) approximately thirty inhabitants get together to buy Loïc Boulanger’s production, an organic vegetables producer, who comes from Picardie. The people, which have a three-months engagement, with a membership system, come to take their basket (or half-basket) every week, entirely composed of the varied farmer’s production, that can eventually change from one week to another.
In a friendly atmosphere, inhabitants can share, meet, and (re)discover vegetables they’re not necessarily used to buying.
Healthy eating, while promoting a social economy, and a more direct relationship between the consumer and the producer, that’s what’s at stake with this CSA!
